November 2022 Community Recap

December 6, 2022

“The month of November makes me feel that life is passing more quickly. In an effort to slow it down, I try to fill the hours more meaningfully.” -Henry Rollins

As we approach the end of the year and the winter holiday season for the northern hemisphere, everyone seems to slow down a bit to take more time for life outside of work. Our community has still been very active in November, and we’re stoked! Here are some cool stats from this month for the Liquibase Community!

  • 6% increase in active community members
  • 10% increase in new community members

Liquibase 4.17.2 Patch Release – November 2, 2022

This is a patch release that upgrades the HSQL driver to remove a security vulnerability. The newest HSQL driver requires Java 11, so if you use HSQL and JAVA 8, you will need to upgrade your Java.

Two updates for the JDBC driver are included in the release.
